PERSONALITY

Reiko is a quiet girl in the real world. She oozes a passive aggressive aura, but rarely acts on anything. She has a dismal outlook on the world and is generally pessimistic. Beneath her mean exterior is a fluffy teddy bear who just needs a hug, though!

In game Reiko, known as Uriel, thrived. The world she had been stuck in, while under the most unfortunate circumstances, had made her feel more alive than she had ever felt in real life. There, she could command armies, slay monsters, fight the good fight. In a twisted way, Uriel didn't want it to end. In Sword Art Online, she wasn't the quiet loser who didn't have any friends. In game, she was Uriel, the Fire of God ready to destroy anything that stood in her path. A leader of an army, a leader of a guild. Uriel was someone others looked up to. Reiko was someone others whispered about behind her back in the hallways. 

Uriel is a fierce woman, not afraid of anyone or anything. On the rare days Uriel isn't fighting on the front lines, when she's relaxing in the city, it seems like it's a whole different person. She finds it nice on her down days, not having to be so abrasive all of the time. She still has a very short temper, so saying the wrong things around her could easily set her off. Then again, she's like that most of the time, anyway.

HISTORY

Reiko, known as Uriel in game, was one of the 10,000 trapped inside Sword Art Online the first time the game was taken over by the Game Master. She had also been one of the beta players prior to that. Rather than soloing like most of the other beta players, Uriel created a guild to help alongside the front lines. 

Though Uriel was the Guild Leader of the Holy Cross Alliance, she did split off many times to fulfill solo missions. To level higher she had to push herself. Something fighting in a group didn't always allow. The woman was fairly well known through the world, not only for her strength. Uriel struck fear into many of men's hearts. She was ruthless, prepared to do anything to succeed. Uriel was one of the few (and even fewer women) who fought with a two-handed heavy broadsword. Her weapon of choice was bulky. It slowed people down. It was lethal to the user if they couldn't wield it properly - making it one of the least popular weapons in game. But, should one know before hand how to level with it, and know how to properly use it - the broadsword can be incredibly powerful. 

There were several times on the front lines when Uriel crossed paths with Asuna, Kirito, Klein and the others. As a well known leader of one of the larger guilds in SAO, her time was spent often on the front lines of the game. She assisted in several boss battles with the players.

When the game was finally defeated, Reiko enrolled in the SAO Survivor School alongside the others so that she could catch up in her studies. After spending two years as Uriel, she found it hard to revert back to her quiet ways. Uriel had come just as much a part of her as Reiko was. She became bolder, more confident, everything Uriel had been through and witnessed had changed her. She wasn't sure if it was for the better or not.

The announcement of Sword Art Online's reboot sent Reiko into a frenzy. On the one hand, that world was the only place where she felt really alive. On the other, Uriel had seen so many horrible things there. So many deaths. So many lost friends. Could she handle the same loss again? 

Rumors started spreading of the fallen players reappearing in the game. This sealed the answer for Uriel. She had to go back and find out for sure. Uriel was online when the Game Master came back for the second time. Locked inside Sword Art Online once again. 

Would she survive the second round?
